We only accept client's packages that have a valid RMA number visible outside the package. If there is no RMA number, the package will be sent back to the sender. You can apply for a RMA number online.


Once you receive your RMA number, please send your part to RMSTATOR by following the corresponding procedure : 


  1. Place your item(s) in a box, using newspaper or other filling material to secure the item(s) inside.
  2. A copy of the invoice must be included in the box.
  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box (replace ###### in the address by your provided RMA number).
